Leaner MVP username and credentials have been emailed to your company/organization’s representative. You will use these credentials to provide requirements as well as to access your company/organization’s requirements library.

Creator and Innovator Plans
A Leaner MVP Expert emailed your company/organization’s username and credentials to the address provided during account set up.

Step Two: Leaner MVP Overview

Explore highlights of the Leaner MVP and its functionalities. You can also ‘“skip” this step if you prefer to explore on your own.

Step Three: Requirements Login

Enter the credentials provided to start your requirements-gathering session.

Step Four: Requirements Library

Enter the credentials provided to discover resources and information included in your company/organization’s requirements library. Your requirements library also contains your custom transcripts, audio files, visualized designs, and technical details.

Step Five: Schedule A Lab Session (optional)

Not sure how to create requirements? Learn best practices for creating requirements from a Leaner MVP Expert. Schedule a 30-minute session. Leaner MVP Lab session are included in Enterprise and Creator plans.

How much time do I have to provide requirements, processes or systems design?

We have 3 plans – One Time Project, Monthly Subscription, and Enterprise. One Time Project comes with 50 requirement hours. Monthly Subscription comes with 100 monthly requirement hours. All Enterprise plans come with unlimited requirement hours.

How long will it take to receive my wireframes or visualized documents?

Once you provide all the pertinent details and information, you will receive the results in 40 hours, which means 5 business days.

Will my information in my library be available offline?

You have access to your files in your library for up to 30 days after your project concludes. You can download your files at any time. The system will also send you reminders regarding your file expiration period.

How secure is the Leaner MVP?

The Leaner MVP comes with our commitment to data privacy and security that is embedded in every part of our business. For more information, take look at our security center. Our tool comes with the kind of security and reliability that every professional tool should have.

What if I’m not sure about how to create requirements, process information or the first step to creating systems design?

Office Hours are available to assist you with developing best practices for providing requirements, processes or systems design. You can schedule office hours at any time. The cost is $100 for one 30 minute session of expert advice and information.

Can I update my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Can I cancel my account at anytime?

Yes, if you decide that the Leaner MVP isn’t the best tool for your business or organization, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
